Deposit Required
To hold your reservation, a payment equal to one night’s lodging is required.  Your reservation can be held with a credit card or a check can be mailed.

Notice of Cancellation
Refunds will be made when reservations are cancelled 7 days prior to arrival date.

Check-In / Check-out
Check-In Time:  4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Check-Out Time:  11:00 a.m.
If your arrival or departure time needs to vary, please let us know and we will attempt to accommodate you request.

Smoking Policy
Kite Hill Vineyards Bed and Breakfast is a smoke free environment.  Thank you for not smoking.

Children
Our property is not suitable for children.

Taxes and Rates
Taxes are not included in the room rates.  Rates are subject to change without notice.
